When the Association de la Sommellerie Internationale (ASI) brought their prestigious Bootcamp to Singapore, SAY Concepts had the honour of serving as the official content partner for this three-day journey of learning and cultural exchange. Held at Conrad Singapore Orchard, with a closing dinner at Baia the Italian, the event welcomed a remarkable gathering of sommeliers, tutors, and partners from around the world. From intensive masterclasses to blind tastings and hands-on workshops, it was more than just a training camp. It was a celebration of shared passion, excellence, and genuine connection within the global wine community.

For us, this project was far more than a typical shoot. We witnessed the spirit of the sommelier world come alive — generous in knowledge, warm in camaraderie, and inspiring in every moment. Strangers became friends over thoughtful conversations and beautifully poured glasses.

We’re truly grateful to have captured this milestone as ASI’s first Bootcamp in Asia. It already feels like a highlight in our own journey too. Thank you, Singapore Association Sommeliers, for having us. Here’s to wherever the next pour may lead.
