We collaborated with Four Points by Sheraton to elevate their digital performance through a strategic, data-led approach. By analysing historical content and ad data, we identified key levers for optimisation across creative formats, audience targeting, and copy structure. Organically, we focused on producing content that resonated with their audience and grew the community — surpassing the industry benchmark of 0.5–1% monthly growth within the first two months, with consistent traction in the following months.
On the paid front, we worked within limited resources, deploying ads strategically across high-performing placements. The real challenge — and the one we thrived on — was in the optimisation. Through rigorous testing and continuous iteration, we successfully doubled both engagement rates and link clicks, proving that smart, insight-driven decisions can outperform raw media spend.
